Its location right next to the University of Ioannina is ideal if you want to visit your child or simply attend their Swearing and on the opposite side there is the University General Hospital of Ioannina, in case you want to visit or to help a patient.

For the safest and most comfortable stay of your pets, our accommodation applies some policies.
Each guest can have a maximum of two pets in their possession. Cats and dogs are allowed (weight up to 20 kg).
On the day of arrival, the pet's owner or guardian must have all the animal's identification documents such as a health book with them.
